Terms and conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Iron Vesper when you use ironvesper.co.uk. They are short and we have tried to keep them plain. Using the site means you accept them; if you would rather not, please leave it here.

1. Who we are

Iron Vesper is a small independent studio that makes free casino-style games for adults, played for points with no cash value, and writes Side Tracks guide to ordinary browser games. You can reach us at hello@ironvesper.co.uk.

2. Adults only

The games are for people aged 18 and over. Answering yes at the age question means you confirm you are at least 18. If you are under 18, please leave the site; Side Tracks links to games aimed at everyone, but this site is not.

3. Entertainment only, no real money

Iron Vesper is for entertainment only. No real money play takes place on this site. You cannot pay us, deposit, stake or win money, and there are no prizes of monetary value.

Playing or success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Bolts

Bolts are a points currency used only inside the games. Bolts are worth nothing in cash. Nobody can buy them, sell them, swap them, give them away or turn them into money, goods or services, on this site or off it. There are no in-app purchases.

Bolts and your Logbook are kept in your browser, not by us. Clearing your browser data, rejecting storage or changing device may remove them, and we cannot restore them. We may change starting amounts, refills or the games themselves at any time.

5. How the games work

Each result is drawn at random in your browser when you press the button, under the rules and pay plate shown on that game's page. Results are not adjusted for any player. If a fault produces a wrong result, the game's published rules apply; as bolts have no value, no other remedy is owed.

6. Fair use

Please use the site for its purpose. Do not try to break, overload or reverse its security, use it to send spam, scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or present our games or words as your own. We may block access that does any of these things.

7. Safer Play tools

Pauses, last call, round caps, loss lines and reminders are offered to help you keep control. They work in your browser and can be removed by clearing browser data or using another browser, so they are a support, not a guarantee. 8. Our content and Side Tracks

The games, their names, art, text and code are ours or licensed to us. You may share links to any page. Side Tracks reviews games made by other companies; their names belong to their owners, our links go to their official sites, and we are not connected with them or paid by them. We check the facts we give but cannot promise they stay current, so check prices and terms on the official site.

9. Liability

The site is provided free and as it is. We work to keep it running and correct but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes and the law

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the version live at the time you use the site is the one that counts. English law governs them and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales; residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the right to use their own courts.
