Privacy notice
In brief: no accounts, no cookies, no trackers, no adverts. Your bolts and Logbook never leave your device. The only personal details that reach us are the ones you choose to send, by form or email.

1. Who is responsible
For the data on this page, Iron Vesper decides how it is used and is the controller. Questions about privacy go to privacy@ironvesper.co.uk.
2. What stays in your browser
Your age answer, your storage choice, pauses and last call, and, if you accept storage, your bolts, Logbook and Safer Play settings are kept in your browser's local storage. If you reject storage, everything except the age answer, the choice itself, pauses and last call is kept only for the open tab. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. The full list is on Cookies and storage.
3. What our server sees
Each visit hands our web server the usual details: an IP address, the browser in use and the address of the page. It uses them only to deliver the page and keep the site secure, and the logs are deleted after 30 days at most. We use no analytics, advertising or social media tools, and no third party receives data about your visit.
4. Messages you send us
When you write to us, we get your name, your email address, the topic you picked and the note itself. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, on the lawful basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. Notes are deleted twelve months after the conversation closes. To limit spam the form keeps a short-lived, keyed fingerprint of the sending address for one hour.
5. Who else sees it
No one, except our hosting provider, which stores the site and messages on servers in the UK or the European Economic Area under a data processing agreement. We never sell, rent or trade anyone's personal data.
6. Your rights
UK data protection law gives you the right to see what we hold on you, have it fixed or erased, and object to or restrict how it is used. Write to privacy@ironvesper.co.uk; we reply within one month. Data held in your browser you can delete yourself at any time by clearing site data.
7. Complaints
Please raise any concern with us first. You can also take it to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Children
Iron Vesper is meant for people aged 18 and over and does not set out to collect anything from children. Tell us if you believe a child has written to us and the note will be erased.
