Accessibility at Iron Vesper
We want every page and every stall to work for as many people as possible, whatever device, setting or assistive technology you use.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. What we do
Every page has a skip link, one main heading and a logical heading order. All controls are real buttons and links that work with a keyboard and show a clear focus ring. Text meets at least WCAG AA contrast, and the layout works from small phones up and at 200% zoom.
The stalls announce results in words as well as pictures, cards and dice carry spoken labels, and nothing depends on colour alone. Calm mode, and your device's reduced-motion setting, turn off movement without changing any result.
2. What still falls short
The roundhouse ring is a visual way into the games; the same stalls are listed in plain text in the Yard. The fast reel animations may be hard to follow with a screen reader; the verdict line under each stage says what happened. Some illustrations are decorative and deliberately have no description.
3. Tell us
If something on Iron Vesper is hard to use, please write to hello@ironvesper.co.uk with the page and what happened. Expect an answer within five working days.
