Side Tracks: eight browser games for a quiet evening in
This siding of Iron Vesper has nothing to do with bolts. It is a short, opinionated guide to ordinary games that run in a browser tab: a calm drive, a little town that builds itself, picture logic puzzles, map quizzes, trivia, sudoku and two games for friends. We play them, write about them honestly, say where to stop, and link to the makers' own sites.
Nothing here is embedded, sold or sponsored, and we are paid by nobody. Every picture on Side Tracks was drawn for us; none is a game's own artwork.
Sort the shelf
Line the eight picks up the way that suits tonight. Nothing is hidden; only the order changes.
In shelf order, as we would hand them to a friend.
The evening timetable
Give us the time you start and the time screens go off. We lay out a short timetable of games with a platform break between them, ending half an hour before screens off. Nothing is saved.
